The Tucson Community Tennis Program welcomes men and women over the age of 18, who are looking for volunteer opportunities that range from teaching children the basic skills of tennis in our In-School program, helping out at the school graduations, social media or website development, and fundraising.
After an initial interview, you will be asked to complete our volunteer packet which includes a TCTP volunteer application form and TUSD's volunteer application and fingerprinting forms. Fingerprinting is free of charge and is done at TUSD's offices once a week. Fingerprinting is not required for those volunteers who participate at non-TUSD sites.
Following approval of your application, you will receive an orientation with training on the USTA's fun new QuickStart Tennis techniques - designed to engage young children in the game of tennis.
